When that failed, the healthcare institution chose to award the IT supplier until the end of the year, stating that this was a deadline. After this, the agreement with the IT supplier was dissolved extrajudicially and it was held liable for the damage suffered.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c302651 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2c302651\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Result<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4762c199 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4762c199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The parties entered into discussions and eventually reached agreement on an amicable settlement. The IT supplier has paid a substantial amount of almost \u20ac100,000 to the healthcare institution as compensation and credited invoices in the amount of more than
