We would like to receive this information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivation letter + CV<\/li>\n<li>All high school, bachelors and masters grade lists<\/li>\n<li>Evaluations of previous internships<\/li>\n<li>Thesis or other paper you wrote during your master<\/li>\n<li>Reference letter or names of references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What does the procedure look like? You go through the following parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phase 1 and 2: interview + online assessment<\/li>\n<li>Phase 3 and 4: presentation + end interview<\/li>\n<li>Four-day training (business course) with exam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the <sup>1st<\/sup> selection, an interview and an online assessment will follow. The online assessment is primarily intended to test whether you have basic, elementary legal knowledge and analytical skills of Dutch law. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e38bdac\" data-id=\"e38bdac\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51c9eda elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"51c9eda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This is followed by a <sup>second<\/sup> selection moment. You give a presentation on a substantive subject to the lawyers of First Lawyers and possibly teachers of the Duthler Academy. We will inform you about the subject a week in advance. We test whether you can perform under time pressure and whether you have enough creativity and flexibility to master an unknown subject in a short time. A final interview follows. <\/p>\n<p>Interviews are always conducted on Fridays. On the same day you will hear if you are through to the next round. <\/p>\n<p>If you apply and are hired, we assume that you are committed to First Lawyers for a longer period of time. You follow a long training program.
